We all like to hear secrets and that we all love that one the key life changing secret that's gonna spring us to reach your goals in university.This post is going to inform you just what will dictate whether you're successful in university or otherwise not.

There are so many things people say dictate success and by believing them you become less, you become helpless and the odds stack against you because honestly, there is only 1 answer to being successful in university and life.
Becoming Successful In University Myths You Need To Avoid
These are really "excuses", were drawn to these so before I reveal the answer, the myths you need to avoid. Is it good parenting, previous success, your IQ, the subject, your friends influence, your teachers, your classmates, your free time, you're learning style. Truth is, It's none of those things.
Truth For Being Successful In University And Life
After looking at my old classmates and who were the "successful" people I found that the only thing that had changed was them. The only thing I had changed Was Me.
Let's look back on the myths. Would it be good parenting? My parenting wasn't bad but my dad's a bus driver and my mums a receptionist, are they using huge knowledge on becoming successful? Well it's not parenting.
Could it be Your IQ? "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us" - Oliver Wendell Holmes. Maybe if you were naturally smarter or talented you'd achieve success in university. Well there's definitely smarter people out there than me that do practically nothing with their lives so it's not IQ, I am aware a man that is a professional architect as well as for a full time income, he pushes trolleys with a supermarket. It's definitely not IQ.
Would it be previous success maybe this is the secret to achieving success in university. Maybe that's it, maybe because you didn't achieve this well inside your GCSEs or you were built with a terrible job or you screwed up a b - level, maybe that's why you're likely to fail uni, but, you can find individuals with no qualifications who return back and learn these items and flourish in university. Therefore it can't be past success.
Can it be the niche? Maybe, just maybe if you have chosen a different subject things would be different, maybe you'd achieve success in university, well let me tell you, it isn't the topic.
Could it be your friends? They're a poor influence, it's just received to be their fault right? Everybody else fault but my very own, and that's why I'm lost in university.
Could it be your teachers? Maybe if you have an improved teacher you'll learn faster or progress grades, you'll obviously be successful in university. But take a look at people like Scott Young who taught himself an MIT degree by himself using only online for free videos, he didn't even have a real life teacher, so it's not teachers.
Could it be your learning style, maybe that subject is better for visual learning or someone else but not you, maybe that's why you're not successful in university, well it isn't that all these are just excuses.
The only Truth. Is the only thing that determines if you are successful in your life and successful in university is that you simply. The only common element in successful people is that they decided.
They changed themselves and they decided to be a success. They decided to earn that success and they decided to work their butt off to get it. So there you have it. You are the secret. You are what need to be focused on.
The reason you'll have success is really because you might be there. You can decide. It is possible to dictate your future. It really is your responsibility and when you want it, You may make it happen. It isn't timing, parenting, friends, family, money, school, teachers,IQ or any of those things, these are just excuses why you're not successful in university.
